Here's another setting that I see regularly and one I've wanted to photograph for quite some time. With the bare trees and the lack of living foliage, the captured mood is far more desolate than I experienced while peering through the viewfinder. Perhaps in a few months, springtime will seed something different.

My kitchen is just an extension of my art studio. For me it's the same process. I paint and sculpt with a world of delicious flavors and spice. Food is as visual as art and presentation is simply essential. I love cooking for my wife. Lucky for me, she equally enjoys it. Casa Serendipity is a place we call home. It just happens to be our favorite restaurant as well.

Yesterday I dished up a gorgeous frittata made with potato, spinach, cheddar, cilantro, and pinches of Sullivan's Pond Farm goat cheese. I topped it with a splash of Herdez Salsa Casera and grated parmesan. Each plate was complimented with roasted asparagus with garlic and olive oil, and french bread medallions baked with fresh squeezed lemon, olive oil, and parmesan. Our dinner was fab and balanced with good conversation, a couple of flickering votives, and a pair of good puppies waiting for their post dinner nibbles.

Life is that damn tasty. Serve it up.
